Barrel fermented and aged in 600L old oak. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in bottle 4 years sur lie prior to disgorgement.

A chiseled and firm expression of Pinot Noir, with elevated, perky red fruits and some piquant, almost spicy character. The vineyard selected for this bottling varies based on the vintage, and given the especially ripe outcomes in 2017, François and Pierre opted to work with fruit from this site. An absolute superstar.
